This page is short because we collect almost nothing. Here is everything this site does with your information, in plain language, with nothing hiding behind a definitions section.
01 · What we collect
The forms on this site ask for your name, your email address, your city or town, and whatever you type into the details box. That is the complete list. There are no accounts, no passwords, and no cookies from us.
02 · Why we collect it
To reply to you. A join request, a quote request, or a commission request turns into one email in the founder's inbox, and a real human answers it. Your information is never sold, never rented, never added to a marketing list, and never used for anything except the conversation you started.
03 · Where it goes
Form submissions travel through Mailgun, the email service that carries the message, and land in the founder's inbox. Mailgun processes the message in transit the way a postal service handles an envelope. Nobody else receives it.
04 · How long we keep it
Until the conversation closes, then it gets deleted. If you join the club, your contact details stick around so the club can actually reach its members — that's the arrangement you signed up for, and it ends whenever you say so.
05 · Seeing it or deleting it
Ask, and we'll show you what we have or delete it entirely. Send the request through any form on this site — a real human replies from a real email address, and the deletion happens. No forms about the form are required.
06 · Analytics
The site uses Vercel Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies and without tracking you across the internet. We can see that a page was visited; we cannot see that you visited it.
07 · Under 18?
Have a parent or guardian send the form. The club is for all ages; the paperwork is for adults.
08 · The law
AlbertaJerks operates in Alberta, and this site handles personal information under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). If we ever change what we collect or why, this page changes first.
